What is your return policy?

All Handled with Care purchases are final. If a product inside the care package was damaged, or your care package is missing a product, please contact help@handledwithcare.org within two (2) weeks of delivery to receive a replacement.

Is shipping included?

Yes! We are happy to provide free shipping on all of our care packages.

How quickly will my care package ship?

Orders take 2-3 days to process and ship from Dallas, TX via USPS Priority Mail. Based on location, Priority Mail is 1-3 business days.

But I need it quicker!

We understand if a loved one is starting treatment and you want to get a care package to them ASAP. If you need a package shipped overnight, please contact help@handledwithcare.org for assistance with a shipping quote.

Where do you ship?

Currently we ship to the contiguous United States. If you’d like to send a care package to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact help@handledwithcare.org. We hope to offer international shipping soon!

Do you ship the care package as shown? Or does the box go inside another box?

Your care package will ship exactly as pictured. We think our custom packaging makes the care package even more special and hope it brightens their day as much as their doorstep.
